Uche Jombo directs A Better Man

Nollywood movie actor and producer Uche Jombo (Blood Sisters, Heaven On My Mind) has started production on a new romantic drama, A Better Man.

A Better Man tells the story of a man and a woman in a stranger-than-fiction romantic whirlwind. It is a story of mystery, love and tragedy and gives a fresh take on the complexities of love, according to the producers.

The movie is directed by Jombo, written by Joy Isi Bewaji and produced by Taiwo Adebayo. The cast includes Daniel Etim Effiong, Tana Adelana, Tina Mba, Elvina Ibru, Uche Montana and Lord Frank.

“We are excited for this one. I am in love with the script. The story is riveting,” said Jombo.

Bewaji added: “It’s a romantic drama – sultry, exciting, fulfilling, and too good to be true. But then we put some vinegar in it – an overpowering reality takes over the narrative and changes everything.”
