Food and beverage production company Promasidor Nigeria has launched a family TV show titled ONGAcious.
ONGAcious, named after Promasidor’s Onga seasoning, focuses on local dishes in different parts of Nigeria. It will also feature aerobics segments, celebrity interviews and family-oriented discussions.
“We try to promote a healthy lifestyle among families,” said Abiodun Ayodeji, marketing manager at Promasidor Nigeria. “And this is in line with the brand essence of Onga. We want to impact the lives of consumers positively.”
The one-hour lifestyle-themed programme will air on Saturdays on Africa Magic Family via DStv and GOtv at 19.00 and on TVC at 20.00, with a repeat broadcast on Africa Magic Family on Thursdays at 14.00.
It will also air on OSRC TV at 21.00 on Saturdays, and on Sundays will air on STV Jos at 17.00, ABS Awka at 17.00, NTA Kano at 18.00 and Nigbati TV at 19.00, with a repeat broadcast on Saturday mornings at 09.00. The show will also have a YouTube channel.
