Pay TV platform StarTimes TV Nigeria has introduced three new channels to its digital terrestrial bouquet.
The company has this month launched two indigenous channels, Ngbati and Arewa TV, which are in the Yoruba and Hausa languages, respectively. It has also debuted comedy channel U-laff TV.
These channels will air on the pay TV platform on channels 137, 138 and 131, respectively.
Speaking about this new development, StarTimes Nigeria’s brand and marketing director Qasim Elegbede said: “We are very excited about our new channel offerings and the role of StarTimes in promoting local content and cultural values.
