Under the partnership with Vice Distribution, Vice content will be made available across South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa for the first time.

The programming includes Vice franchises like Dark Side of the Ring, Most Expensivest, Black Market and F*** That’s Delicious.

Premium Vice content such as The Big Squeeze, a feature doc on the Gamestop stock squeeze, and true crime docuseries Betraying the Badge, about rogue police officers, will also air.

Announcing the deal, Bea Hegedus, Vice’s global head of distribution, said: “With our common values and shared commitment to premium storytelling, Vice’s unparalleled, diverse range of programming and unique voice has found a fantastic home in South Africa. We look forward to working with e.TV in forging a profound and long-term partnership in the region.”
