Nigerian drama Grind drops on Prime Video

Nigerian drama series Grind, created by Roberta Orioma, will launch on Amazon Prime Video this month.

The 10-part series is directed by Orire Nwani, produced by Tunani Productions and coproduced by Josh Olaoluwa. The cast includes Chris Ihuewa, Eso Dike, Uzor Arukwe, Steve Enagbare and Roseanne Chikwendu.

The series is a story of life, dreams, family, survival, friendships and chasing dreams. It follows a woman as she navigates the hardships of pursuing her dreams while working in a Lagos nightclub.

“We told a beautiful story, a story of life, dreams, the hustle and daily grind,” said Orioma.

The series will debut on January 20 and will be available in all English-speaking countries.
