Hero Daniels plays Love Games in SA

Nigerian comedian and television host Hero Daniels is taking his YouTube dating show True Love Games to Cape Town, South Africa.

Filming on the Cape Town episodes begins this weekend. The show has been produced in Lagos, Nigeria, for the past three months and episodes have streamed on Daniels’ YouTube channel, which has more than 51,000 subscribers.

True Love Games is an innovative dating gameshow designed to help singles find their perfect match. Contestants are paired with potential partners and have the opportunity to explore their compatibility in the hope of finding true love.

The game involves three phases: the physical phase, the blind dating phase and the rapid-fire dating phase. Daniels invites singles with the question: “Are you single and ready to mingle? Let me help you find the love of your life so you stop commenting ‘Aww’ and ‘God when’ on other people’s Instagram posts.”

Daniels is best known for his presenting and hosting jobs for Nigerian channels including Anambra Broadcasting Service, Africa Magic, Ebony Life TV, TLC Africa Channels TV and Linda Ikeji TV.
