Fox News Int’l expands into Africa

US-based global streaming service Fox News International, part of Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News Media, has expanded its service into Nigeria and six other African nations.

As well as Nigeria, the service is now available in Egypt, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Rwanda and Zambia.

It features live streams of Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network, along with a catalogue of on-demand programmes.

The service’s expansion into Africa will increase Fox News Media’s international reach to 44 countries and allow more viewers around the globe to access live and on-demand Fox News Media programmes, according to the company.

The streamer is available via iOS and Android devices as well as Apple TV, Android TV, Google TV, Roku and Amazon Fire TV.
