Boma Akpore preps movie trio

Nigerian-born and New York-based model, filmmaker and actor Boma Akpore is gearing up to launch three movies in the coming months.

Akpore recently unveiled his own production company, Bonzy Blues Global Partners, which focuses on TV and feature films.

The three projects already in the works are yet to be titled but will reportedly be ready for film festivals this December and in early 2021.

Akpore said: “These are stories that are very near and dear to my heart. This is the next step for me, to start creating work and showing my fans and audience how creative I can be. I’m very excited for what the future brings.”

The actor recently joined the cast of Hollywood’s afro-futuristic sword and sorcery film Protector of The Gods and also featured in season six of primetime show The Blacklist.
