Adedimejis announce movie development

Nollywood actors Lateef and Bimpe Adedimeji, founders of AL Notions Studios, have announced plans to move into film development, focusing on movies that portray Nigerian heritage and culture on screen.

“We’re happy to announce the next phase for AL Notions Studios,” the husband-and-wife team said via social media.

“This is something we’ve been working on for a while. We can’t wait to share the amazing stories AL Notions has to tell the world. We’re focused on growing Nollywood in the right direction and collaborating with anyone willing to share our ideology and passion to tell authentic Nigerian stories.

“The world needs to see how rich we are in culture. A lot of the new generation don’t even know our stories. We are set out to tell a lot of our stories to our people and the world at large,” Lateef Adedimeji said.

Lateef Adedimeji has featured in movies including Soole (2021), Breaded Life (2021), Progressive Tailors’ Club (2021), Jagun Jagun (2023) and Different Strokes (2023). Bimpe Adedimeji has featured in movies including Romeo (2022) and She Must Be Obeyed (2023).
